Summary of our Privacy Policy

  • LOGIC INFORMATIQUE SAS ("LOGIC") processes your personal data (last names, first names, email addresses, position, organisation, navigation or viewing data, etc.) as part of the management of its customers and users of its websites and, in particular, the portal accessible at the address https://XBRL.express (hereinafter, the "XBRL Portal") as well as part of its marketing operations.
  • We collect your data in different ways. They may be sent to us by yourself during our communications or by another person within your organisation. They may also be collected through the use of computer tools such as cookies or from third parties (on business social networks and from business databases).
  • We need these data to provide our services to our customers and users of the Xbrl Portal or other LOGIC websites, to manage and monitor our pre-contractual and contractual relations with our customers, check these contracts are complied with, check the remuneration which we are due pursuant to these contracts, organise loyalty programmes and satisfaction surveys, check the quality of the services provided, compile commercial and performance statistics, inform and/or propose new offers or services to our customers, former customers and prospects, monitor the audience, facilitate navigation and ensure the safety and security of our websites and in particular our Xbrl Portal, manage any debts and litigation and manage your rights recalled below.
  • The legal grounds of this processing are, depending on the purposes, the legitimate interests of our customers (management of the regulatory statements of customers, management of customer requests), our legitimate interests (respect of contracts concluded with our customers, strengthening of the existing customer base, marketing and development of the business customer base, improvement of our services and offers, administrative and accounting management, anticipation and management of litigation, noting, exercising or defending a right in the courts).
  • Certain data must be collected. The consequences of not collecting certain personal data depend on the particular situation. This will mainly result in the inability to access the Xbrl Portal (the requirement to provide personal data is contractual in this case) and the inability for us to respond to your requests made on the basis of your rights (the requirement to provide personal data is regulatory in this case).
  • The recipients to whom your data may be communicated by LOGIC are the organisation employing you or that you manage, our subcontractors and service providers (service providers and suppliers of emailing tools, lawyers, accountants and auditors) and the judicial and administrative authorities.
  • You have rights. These are the right of access, the right of rectification, the right of erasure, the right to limitation of processing, the right to the portability of data, the right of objection, including marketing and the right to give, change and revoke instructions regarding what should happen to your data after your death. According to the circumstances and according to the processing and subject to compliance with the conditions set out in the Regulation, you may exercise these rights by writing to us at the following email address sales@XBRL.express. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (e.g.: in France, the CNIL).
  • The retention periods of your data vary according to the nature of the data processed and the particular purpose or the duration of the legal limitation (which is generally five years from the time that the person wishing to bring an action has had or should have had knowledge of the facts enabling them to the exercise it).
  • Your data are not subject to data transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Full Privacy Policy

  • This Privacy Policy sets out the conditions under which LOGIC collects and processes your personal data as a prospect, customer or user of its services.
  • LOGIC is an SAS with corporate capital of 180 099 euros, registered in the Trades and Companies Register of Paris under number 402 364 590 00032, whose registered office is LOGIC INFORMATIQUE SAS, 24/28 rue de la Pépinière, F-75008 Paris.
  • In accordance with the legislation in force regarding personal data protection, and in particular Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 known as the "Computing and Freedoms" Act (the "loi Informatique et Libertés") and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR (the "GDPR"), this Privacy Policy informs you about the terms under which LOGIC collects and processes your personal data.
  • This Privacy Policy is not contractual in nature and does not create any obligation in addition to what is already provided for by the said Regulation as regards personal data protection.
  • We may update this Privacy Policy. Any update will be brought to your notice in advance, and, if necessary, will be subject to us obtaining your consent.
  • We may collect your data in different ways.
  • Your data may be sent to us by you during our communications or by another person within your organisation or from business databases.
  • The data that we collect in this way, may mainly be your title, your last name, first name, the name of your organisation, your position, business postal address, your business email address and your business phone number.
  • Data may also be collected through the use of computer tools such as cookies.
  • Pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR, any processing of personal data, to be lawful, must be based on one of the legal grounds set out in this article.

3. Compliance with the legal obligations to which LOGIC is subject

  • Access to some of our services on the Xbrl Portal is subject to the communication of the following data: title, last name, first name, name of your organisation, business email address, business phone number, business postal address, password chosen, SIRET number.
  • In order to ensure the security of these tools, monitor compliance with the contracts concluded with our customers and check the remuneration which are due to us, we must be able to monitor access and use of the Xbrl Portal. During this monitoring operation, we may collect viewing data of elements present in these services by using cookies and other similar tools.
  • If these data are not communicated or cannot be collected, you will not be able to access the Xbrl Portal and therefore to benefit from our services. These requirements for providing data in this case are of a contractual nature.
  • To be able to exercise your rights recalled in point 5, the communication of proof of identity or other information/documents allowing us to check your identity may be required in some cases.
  • Non-communication of these elements may prevent us from responding to your requests.
  • This requirement for providing data in this case is of a regulatory nature.
  • The collection of other data may be mandatory. All data which must be collected, the contractual or regulatory nature of this provision obligation and the consequences of the lack of the provision of the data concerned will be brought to your attention in good time.
  • We may communicate data:
    • to the organisation employing you or that you manage
    • to our subcontractors and service providers (lawyers, accountants and auditors). These sub-contractors and service providers are subject to an obligation of confidentiality and security.
  • Subject to the foregoing, we undertake to never disclose your data to third parties, except with your express permission or in very specific circumstances, for example:
    • if, because of the law, as part of a judicial procedure, a dispute and/or a request from public authorities, to disclose your data;
    • if we believe that for national security reasons, for application of the law or any other general interest reason, disclosure of your data is necessary or appropriate.
  • Under the conditions set out in Articles 15 and following of the GDPR you have, excluding exceptions:
    • the right to have LOGIC confirm that your personal data are or are not processed and, when they are, access to the said personal data as well as to certain information about our processing (right of access - Article 15 of the GDPR)
    • the right to have LOGIC rectify your personal data that is inaccurate (right of rectification – Article 16 of the GDPR)
    • the right to have LOGIC erase your personal data in some cases (right of erasure or "to be forgotten" – Article 17 of the GDPR)
    • the right to have LOGIC limit processing in some cases (the right to limitation of processing – Article 18 of the GDPR)
  • You also have, in some circumstances and conditions:
    • a right, at any time to have LOGIC, for reasons relating to your particular situation, no longer process your personal data in certain cases (right of objection – Article 21.1. of the GDPR)
    • the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes (right of objection to marketing – Article 21.2. of the GDPR).
  • You also have the right to give, modify, and revoke at any time instructions regarding the retention, erasure and the communication of your personal data after your death pursuant to Article 40-1 of the Computing and Freedoms Act (which on 1st June 2019 will become Article 85 of the same act). These instructions may be general or specific. We can only be the depositary of specific instructions regarding the data that we process. General instructions can only be collected and stored by a trusted third party certified by the CNIL.
  • In particular, you have the right to designate a third party to whom your personal data will be communicated after your death. In this case, you undertake to inform this third party of your action and of the fact that data enabling them to be unambiguously identified will be transmitted to us and to communicate this Privacy Policy to them.

  • Finally, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) or any other competent supervisory authority.
  • The data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described above in point 2.

  • At the end of previously listed periods, your data will either be deleted or anonymised.
  • As an exception to the preceding paragraphs, in the event of pre-litigation or litigation, some or all of your data may be subject to additional retention if they prove to be useful for the said pre-litigation or litigation.
  • If you access our services through a subscription administered by your organisation, we retain your professional contact data after termination of the subscription of your organisation in order to continue to communicate with you for three years after your last contact with us.
  • Your data are not subject to data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
  • Given LOGIC's activities, we do not have to appoint a data protection officer within the meaning of the regulation in force.
